Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

 

Are you a purpose-driven clinician passionate about guiding adolescents through meaningful transformation? Sunrise Residential Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled Office Manager to join our dynamic, trauma-informed team.

 

At Sunrise, we blend clinical excellence with heart. Set against the serene backdrop of southern Utah, our campus offers a safe, home-like environment where girls ages 12–17 can heal, grow, and thrive. We specialize in relational, experiential, and evidence-based care that addresses trauma, emotional regulation, and family systems.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors—offering clarity, compassion, and professionalism.
  • Support marketing efforts and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate family and referral partner tours with warmth and precision.
  • Manage office supplies, mail, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members.
  • Maintain IT inventory and liaise with tech support for site-specific needs.
  • Serve as the clinic’s Safety Officer and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Organize internal events and support program facilitation.
  • Track and report client outcomes with accuracy and care.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative or office management experience (healthcare or behavioral health setting a plus!)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required.
