Salary range: $85,000 - 88,000 per year

About the Role:

 

As the Admissions Director at Sunrise, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting families with life-changing treatment. You'll lead all aspects of admissions, marketing, and sales—guiding families through the enrollment process while developing strategies to drive program growth. Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll also manage and mentor the admissions team, supporting their development and ensuring a compassionate, seamless experience for every family we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Admissions Department by setting performance expectations, mentoring team members, and facilitating professional development to ensure a high-functioning and compassionate team.
  • Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for families.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive program growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee and participate in sales and marketing activities, including responding to inquiries, generating and closing leads, leading sales meetings, and documenting marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring professionals, Educational Consultants, and partner organizations to enhance visibility and referral sources.
  • Coordinate and participate in tours, events, and conferences (on-campus and off-site) to promote the program and build community engagement.
  • Supervise the planning and delegation of travel for in-state and out-of-state marketing and admissions-related trips.
  • Support public relations efforts by maintaining marketing materials, updating the website, and contributing to the creation of content and campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on admissions and marketing data, presenting regular updates to the Executive Director to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, marketing, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment with company goals and enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or the mental health field
  • Passion for supporting families and adolescents through a collaborative, team-based approach.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; able to prioritize effectively.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Able to pass a Utah State background check.
  • Familiarity with company policies and practices (training provided upon hire).
  • Demonstrated ability to build team cohesion and manage resources effectively.
  • Comfortable working alongside clinical and operational professionals to support program goals.
